PICNICS
SERVICE AREA
Picnic packages are available in Lake Geneva and the immediate surrounding area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your date and secure vendor partners.
WEATHER POLICY
If the weather is not conducive to an outdoor picnic, Lake Geneva Picnic Co. reserves the right to cancel. In this case, we are happy to: move your picnic to a covered or indoor backup location of your choosing, reschedule within the week, or, issue a credit toward a future picnic.
Please note: cake and balloon add-ons are non-refundable, though pickup can be scheduled.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled picnic will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a credit toward a future event.
Non-weather-related cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled picnic are non-refundable.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your picnic reservation includes a two-hour window. If you plan to leave early, please provide a 30-minute noticeto your contact so we can return to pack up the setup.
SETUP POLICY
Picnic setups cannot be left unattended on public property. If you need to leave before your scheduled end time, please notify your contact so arrangements can be made for pickup.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Many local parks do not allow the consumption of alcohol. Lake Geneva Picnic Co. is not responsible for any fines or tickets incurred as a result of violating this rule.
PROPERTY & DAMAGES
All items—other than food, drinks, and florals—remain the property of Lake Geneva Picnic Co. Damage to, or removal of, any items will result in replacement or repair fees charged to the card on file.
LIABILITY
Lake Geneva Picnic Co. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during or after the use of our rental items.

Custom Add-ons are non-refundable once ordered but may be available for pickup.
SETUP & PICKUP POLICY
Lake Geneva Picnic Co. will deliver, fully set up, and style your tablescape at the agreed-upon time and location. After your event, please wipe away any excess food and liquids and place all items back into the provided bins.
Items should be left on your front porch or designated pickup area for collection within 24 hours.
PROPERTY & DAMAGES
All items—other than florals and disposable materials—remain the property of Lake Geneva Picnic Co. Damage to, or removal of, any items will result in replacement or repair fees charged to the card on file.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for setup..If using your own table, please ensure it is clean, sturdy, and ready for styling upon arrival.
CUSTOM DESIGN ADD-ON
Additional design time or materials may be required depending on the scope of your event. Please contact us prior to booking. Pricing may vary based on customization level and design complexity.
